1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the delivery date of your order. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we can no longer offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet one of the criteria below.
2. Cases Eligible for Refund or Exchange (No Return Necessary)
Since our products are printed on demand, we do not require the customer to return the item if the request falls under one of the following categories:
- Defective Product: The item arrives damaged, torn, or with poor printing quality.
- Wrong Item Sent: You received the wrong size, color, or design that was different from your order confirmation.
Procedure for Eligible Cases (Defective/Wrong Item):
- Please email us at lyngocduongvt@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your Order Number.
- Attach clear photographs showing the defect or the incorrect item (e.g., photo of the tag showing the wrong size).
- Once confirmed, we will provide you with a choice: A full refund or A free replacement item sent to you immediately.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are exempt from refunds or exchanges:
- Buyer’s Remorse: Requests for a refund or return because the customer simply changed their mind.
- Wrong Size Chosen: As all of our t-shirts are custom printed on demand based on your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. We strongly advise checking the size chart before purchase.
- Sale Items: Only regularly priced items may be refunded.
- Gift Cards.
4. Exchanges (Wrong Size Policy)
Since we are a print-on-demand store, we typically do not offer exchanges for items due to an incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Our Suggestion: If you received the wrong size due to customer error, we recommend carefully checking the size chart and placing a new order.
- Special Discount: To assist you, we may offer a one-time discount code for you to repurchase the correct size.
5. Where to Send Returns (If Required)
Note: If an item is confirmed to be defective or wrong, we do not require you to return the item.
- If, however, we decide that a return is necessary for a specific reason, we will provide you with the exact return address at our U.S. fulfillment partner facility (or an international address suitable for your location).
- Do not send the item back to the manufacturer or the address on the package. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
6. Processing Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 7-10 business days.
